Our project was born from the desire to let you rediscover the authentic flavors of Umbria through straightforward, sincere local recipes, deeply rooted in the land. Every day, we bring to the table the aroma of steaming soups and fresh seasonal salads, handmade pasta, the bold flavor of wild-grazed pork, and the evocative taste of warm zabaione.

We want to offer you an immersive experience amidst the colors and sounds of the market. You can take a seat among the stalls for a rejuvenating lunch break, or choose our outdoor space, surrounded by spice-filled flowerbeds and fruit trees, during the cool weekend evenings.
